I'm seeing an increasing number of users reporting an issue where Windows 11 desktop apps will remain stuck displaying a dialog 'stay signed in to all your apps' after a successful Multi Factor Authentication. Does anyone have a solution for this? It does not happen using web apps, and only appears to effect Windows 11.

Can you can have many potentials causes.
Do you have latest updates in your machines?
You can troubleshooting 1 machine to try understand the cause. Event viewer and 365 account logs are always a good friend to find potential issues.

2024-06-13T10:53:47.45+00:00 My suggestion is to filter for that user in ENTRA and check the logs searching for something related with this behavior. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-reporting
You can force this behavior and check that period to see what's happening.
