Hi JH,
For geolocation and IP-based conditional access, it would depend on how the specific system or service you’re using categorizes the Channel Islands.
My Advice is to you reach out to Microsoft ticket support.

I'm looking at setting up multiple conditional accesses. One of those will be geolocation (IP and location) based. I am running into an issue where I am unsure if the "Channel Islands" fall under (within the boundary) of the "United Kingdom" according to Entra's "United Kingdom" option for both Geo and IP CA.
Does anyone happen to know the answer to this. I did a fair bit of googling but found no solid answers. As it isn't actually part of the "UK" proper, but the citizens are still considered "British" citizens. Anyone with a solid answer would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Thank you, I think I'll have to do that as no other answers have appeared over the weekend!
Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A, you may not find it under trusted location "countries" as it is not considered a geopolitical location globally.
Some IP addresses don't map to a specific country or region. To capture these IP locations, check the box Include unknown countries/regions when defining a geographic location. This option allows you to choose if these IP addresses should be included in the named location. Use this setting when the policy using the named location should apply to unknown locations.
If you don't have any further queries and the suggestion above answers your ask, please "Accept the answer", This will help us and others in the community as well.
Thanks,
