- Sign in to the Entra Admin Center.
- Open the MFA settings.
Under the Settings section, open the “Block/Unblock users” option.
- In this section, you should see a list of blocked users along with the reason, date, and action.
If a user has been blocked due to pressing “Deny” from the Microsoft Authenticator App, you can unblock them from this section.
