I sign in to the azure portal login, it accepts my username and password but when it asks for auth code it always returns an error;
You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again.
Error Code: 500121
Request Id: 09e2c246-15cc-4705-b571-9cb1464b4600
Correlation Id: 2a371c1c-0f35-47b1-a2c5-40d77a3297a5
Timestamp: 2024-06-12T12:17:48Z
Flag sign-in errors for review: Enable

It doesn't matter how many browsers (private/non private) or different machines I use it does not solve the issue.

I have removed the auth app and signed up again as well.

    Hi Duncan Turner

    • Sign in to the Entra Admin Center.
    • Open the MFA settings.

    Under the Settings section, open the “Block/Unblock users” option.

    • In this section, you should see a list of blocked users along with the reason, date, and action.

    If a user has been blocked due to pressing “Deny” from the Microsoft Authenticator App, you can unblock them from this section.
