Certain users device (Intune enrolled) not showing admin UAC prompt

We have devices enrolled in intune, I observed suddenly that when we attempt to run or install a program using administrative privileges, there is no option to enter admin credentials, it only shows a NO option. This happens on certain users devices, same policy is applied to other users. I have wiped the device and after 20mins of setup the issue reoccurs.

Strangely, the devices impacted are used by certain IT admin users who have device administrator role on all devices. The sign in account is their regular user accounts but when they sign into the device with admin account this is fine.

I have been trying to resolve this for about 4 months with no success. Any pointers will be appreciated

@Opeyemi Enitan, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

To clarify this issue, please check the following.

1.What kind of enrollment method do you use and what kind of policy do you apply to device? And share the details of policy.

2.Check if there exist GPO in target devices that may block UAC prompt.

    User's image

3.Un-enroll the device from Intune and check whether the UAC prompt successfully.

Please check above information, if there is any update, feel free to let me know.
