Hi - I keep having mapped drives set to offline and I'm having trouble working online. How do you fix this?

    Hello

To work online only on Windows 10 and ensure that your mapped drives are not set to offline, you can follow these steps:

Open File Explorer and navigate to the targeted drive.

Click on the 'Ease access' feature at the top.

    Expand the 'Ease access' feature.

Choose 'Work online' from the context menu.

This should switch your drive status to online and allow you to access all files and folders, not just those set to be available offline. If you're still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to check the Sync Center settings:

    Go to Control Panel.

Change the view to 'Large icons'.

Look for 'Sync Center' and click on it.

On the left side pane, choose 'Manage offline files'.

Under the 'General' tab, ensure 'Enable offline files' is selected.

Apply the changes and restart your machine if prompted.

If the problem persists, it could be related to specific settings or configurations in your organization's network. In such cases, it might be best to reach out to your IT department for further assistance.
