Why is Microsoft Authenticator not receiving codes?

Hello,
I reinstalled the Microsoft Authenticator app on my Android cell phone today.
Now, when my customers email me a link to a shared file (e.g. on SharePoint) and I click on the link and it says it will send a code to my Authenticator app, I do not receive the code.
My telephone number is unchanged. All settings are identical. I have internet access. Notifications are enabled.
What is going wrong?

- re-register device https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/troubleshoot-problems-using-microsoft-authenticator-a3a74493-566b-4c2e-b949-a2789bac0fd3
- contact your it to be sure that you are not be blocked. it team can check by in logs
- Internet (test with data and wifi)
- latest version for app auth
- battery optimization settings disable notifications for the app
- enable notifications
- date and time settings
- in the app validate if you have pending notifications
