Can someone please fix the ACI Deploy Github action that is currently broken?

The official GitHub action to deploy to Azure Container instances has been broken for several days now and I can no longer deploy to Azure ACI.
The repo is at https://github.com/Azure/aci-deploy
The change that broke this action in Github have been known for months in advance.
