How i can change my name on the certification

Hello. I recently pass exam DP-600 and my name appears differently from my ID . Is it possible to change it?

Hello Nika K, to change the name on your Microsoft certification profile, you can submit change request from your certification profile.

1. Sign in to your certification profile
2. Select the "Edit profile" button, then select the "Request change" link next to your legal name
3. Provide the name from your ID to change and submit the request for approval. You will receive an email with your support request number, and a second email within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday) confirming if your request has been approved or if a support agent needs additional validation
4. Please note that changes may take up to 72 hours to reflect across systems
