    Hello,

Windows 11 does come with iSCSI initiator pre-installed. You can find it by following these steps:

    1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Type "iscsicpl" and press Enter.
    3. The iSCSI Initiator Properties window will open, where you can configure iSCSI targets and connect to them.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hey,

As mentioned, iSCSI Initiator comes preinstalled on Windows 11. You can open it via "iscsicpl" or use it through powershell. Might help:

If you have Windows 11 Home edition, than iSCSI Initiator might not be available.

There are iSCSI clients for ARM, such as ATTO Extend and Daemon tools on MacOS. They can both running on ARM well. On Windows 11 ARM you can find the link on Control Panel(by searching iSCSI in Control Panel), but it's not actually exist. I guess Microsoft doesn't want to waste time on a feature that being used less and less, especially in a combination between ARM and Windows...
