503 Errors from API calls to Azure OpenAI gpt-4-turbo deployment in UK South

We are trying to perform queries in production against our gpt-4 0125-Preview resource in UK South, reading our app logs many of the requests are returning 503 errors saying:

" The service is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later. "

Is this replicable on your side? Is it an internal issue? If so, is there an ETA for resolution?

    I haven't found any known issues. This could be a transient failure. Could you try now and update if you are still seeing the same?
