Received an e-mail from Microsoft Azure saying that we cancelled our subscription and they have disabled our services.

I need to do what to do about this, because we don't want our data to be deleted

    Is it legitimate? Did you try connecting to Azure Portal without using any links in the email? If your Azure Portal access works then it is most likely phishing and you should report the email.

    If your Azure subscription is actually disabled then you will need to contact Azure Support directly. We cannot reenable your subscription from this site.
