    Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    Search for Cost Management + Billing.

    1. Select a billing profile.
    2. Select Invoices.
    3. In the invoice grid, find the row of the invoice you want to download.
    4. Select the download symbol at the end of the row.
    5. In the download context menu, select Invoice. Additionally, please find the below document for your reference: View and download your Microsoft Azure invoice
