We have an Active Pack Subscription with Office E3 licenses, but Azure P1 missing

We are a new Active Pack Subscriber. We have had our licenses for more than a week and have ensured that they have been activated.

The Office 365 E3 licenses should come with Entra P1 licenses that will allow auto enrollment for InTune. However, when we are in the InTune admin centre we are told that Auto Enrollment is a premium feature we don't have.

Going into the Entra admin centre and looking at our licenses:

https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/LicensesMenuBlade/~/LicensedFeaturesState

This shows clearly that auto enrollment for devies is available only with a P1 or P2 license and claims we don't have any. We should have 5.

What is happening here, have we missed a step in the setup to get these P1 licenses activated? The Office 365 E3 seems to be fine, Office is installed and email accounts / SharePoints are all working as they should be.

Thanks in advance

    Hello Andrew,

    Thanks for your question.

The Office 363 E3 does not come with the Entra P1 (Plan 1) license. See the official PDF of the various license comparison (I put a snippet of the entra P1 section for you). You can take a look to compare features:

Microsoft 365, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 11 Subscriptions
