How do I take Authenticator Additional Action when Authenticator asks for additional action?

Question

I lost my iphone and restored my authenticator. Some Office365 accounts are indicating that an additional action required. When I click on the account, I am asked to either scan the QRcode, which I don't have since I scanned it on my computer screen the or to enter a code, which is provided by authenticator. Since I don't have authenticator, I don't have that code.

What can I do? I don't have access to my administration panel and I am the administrator of those office365 accounts.
