Created a new Microsoft Account and trying to register for Azure Free Account. But this is not allowing and saying

You're not eligible for an Azure free account

But WHY??

    Please note that the Azure free account is available to all new Azure customers who haven't previously had an Azure free account and received a USD200 credit.

    To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
