After the meeting, users can find the transcript and meeting recording files in OneDrive and SharePoint storage. If the transcription function is turned on for the recording, you can view the recording playback in Stream and play the transcript next to the recording content. The subtitle/transcription file may take a while to generate, depending on the length of the video, so please be patient. According to our official documents, only videos with a size less than 4GB support transcription and closed caption generation.
If there is no transcription result for a long time, it is recommended that you download the video to your computer, upload it to the team website again, and then generate the transcript.
