If I lost my phone and didn’t have all my account backed up, how do I recover?

I’m trying to log into mynmsu.edu

my authenticator app wont help me have access to it. I’m using a new phone my last phone got lost and I didn’t have all my information backed up.

    If this isn't possible, go to https://aka.ms/mfasetup to check your verification methods.

    Or better still, when you get to the second window, there's an option: I CAN'T USE MY MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR APP NOW. In this option you can register a new phone number and Microsoft will call you to confirm your details.
