From Where can download Azure Fundamentals certifications in PDF format

Hello Syed,

Thanks for your question.

Log into Microsoft Learn Profile.

Go to Profile -> Certifications -> View Certification Details.

In the details pane, click the option to print and choose "Save as PDF". This will download the certificate as a PDF file for you.
