Hi,

How can I contact support? When I try to create ticket with my .edu account, I receive a message "Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource."

You apparently do not have sufficient privileges to open a service request. Contact your Azure administrator to raise the ticket for you. As per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request

You must have the appropriate access to a subscription in order to create a support request for it. This means you must have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role, or a custom role with Microsoft.Support/*, at the subscription level.
