Hi Son Bee,
Thank you for contacting us on Microsoft Q&A forum.
When your Office 365 subscription ends, your access to Microsoft 365 products and services like OneDrive goes through a few stages before your data is deleted. Here’s what happens:
Expired Status: Right after your subscription ends, it's labeled as "Expired." Your data remains accessible for 30 days during this period.
Disabled Status: After the initial 30 days, your data can only be accessed by administrators for the next 90 days.
After 30 days without a subscription, you won't be able to access your files anymore. Administrators from your organization can still access them for another 90 days.
Here’s what you can do:
Contact IT Administrator: Talk to your organization’s IT support or administrator who handles Office 365 accounts. They might be able to temporarily renew or reactivate your admin account so you can access your data.
Use Recovery Options: Office 365 usually offers ways to recover accounts or gain temporary access if admin accounts expire. Look for these recovery options when you try to log in.
Microsoft Support: If you can’t fix the problem internally, reach out to Microsoft Support for help.Perhaps the following link will also be helpful for you: Retrieve OneDrive files on an expired Office 365 subscription - Microsoft CommunityIf the problem is still not resolved, I would advise you to call the business phone support.
