If the computer is within 10 days of an upgrade then a rollback may be possible.
If the computer had the default 10 day go back period modified to 60 days then a rollback may also be possible.
If the default and modified go back periods have passed then plan a clean install windows 10.

You can downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10 within 10 days of upgrade, using this community guide:
If 10 days already passed after upgrade, you need to make clean install of Windows 10.
