I tried deploying an Azure web app from the Azure Open AI studio playground but i am getting this error:
Web App resource deployment failed

Please help !!

Could you confirm in which region you are trying to deploy?
What is the status of the webapp in Azure Portal?
Sometimes it could be transient issue and the deployment did succeed in the background. The conflict error message was due to the resource successfully created previously.
Please note that the deployment process may take some time to complete, depending on the size of your app and the resources you have allocated. Please be patient and wait for the deployment to complete
Could you check if there are any errors or warnings in the deployment logs. See Monitoring Azure OpenAI Service for more details on how to collect logs.

2024-06-18T14:45:06.4933333+00:00 I am trying to deploy in West Europe region and france central, both failed
The web app deployed even after an error in the chat playground, but the source code in the deployment centre is not in the app, also the app is not accesible , this should be an error from Microsoft because when i deployed a web app from the Azure OpenAI chatplayground last month, there was no issue. please find below the errors
