I can’t login because I need a 6 fig code, in my app I only get a 8 fig code

How can I login in my account. It always asks to confirm in the authentificator. But the authentificator doesn’t work also. I already deinstalled the app and installed the new version but it doesn’t work. I’m running in circles.
