I configured Function App to use Microsoft Identity Provider.
When I call function with curl command, no any Bearer token required.
Authentication Configuration and Investigation Detector (EasyAuth) say that Easy Auth was never enabled for this App Service in last 1 month
Does Azure Function App (Java) support Authentication? Or application need always validate Bearer token?

@Sergey Stishenko Thanks for reaching out. From the information you provided, you mentioned that you have configured to use Microsoft Identity provider, however at the same time the function app mentions that the Easy Auth isn't enabled, which is contradicting itself.
Enabling App Service Authentication is essentially the same as activating Easy Auth. I would suggest you check if you have enabled Microsoft Identity Provider correctly for the function app by following the steps mentioned in this document.
After enabling the Microsoft Identity Provider, to test it further, select the option "HTTP 302 Found redirect: recommended for websites" and try to login where you will be redirected to Microsoft login page.
If you select the "HTTP 401 Unauthorized: recommended for APIs", the request will be automatically denied, and you will prompt with "You do not have permission to view this directory or page".
