How to fix errno '0x80300011' in deviceupdate-agent

I deployed an update and it was a success, after a while of being finished, I cancelled and deleted the update because I just wanted to test the functionalities. Automatically after that, the status change to "In progress" in the portal without any current update and the device returns me an error in the deviceupdate-agent logs type "0x80300011".
Checking the error, it has to do with a null or invalid parameter parse error.

Please, could you help me to solve this, or in any case to avoid this situation and be able to perform some removal of an update safely.

It sounds like there might be some residual state from the canceled and deleted update that is causing the "In progress" status and the error you're seeing. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
- Restart the deviceupdate-agent service on the device. This might help clear any cached state that is causing the error.
- Check the device twin in IoT Hub to see if there are any properties related to the canceled and deleted update that are still set. If you find any properties related to the canceled and deleted update, try removing them from the twin.

2024-06-18T17:13:40.42+00:00 Hi @LeelaRajeshSayana-MSFT , I have tried restarting the services, but it does not change the status in the portal. Also have tried deleting some desired or configuration properties but it does not change. There are the logs when restarting the agent deviceupdate.log and the module twin :IoTHubDeviceUpdate-Twin.txt
