Once I buy a Microsoft gift card but have not redeemed it, does it expire if I don't spend it? Please help! @everyone

Hi @William Li ,

Microsoft gift cards purchased at retail never expire. Note that promotional gift cards like those from Microsoft Rewards or Xbox Live Rewards do expire.
