from yesterday to today everything is blocked.
Office Professional Plus 2019 package en-it, Outlook unusable. Completely blocked. Tried reinstalling VC_redist.x64 and VC_redist.x84 but nothing. Also tried running sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I blocked Windows Update updates because it doesn't complete the 23H2 installation, and therefore I don't think it's due to some latest update. No apps or software installed. I don't know what else to try. I'm mainly blocked for work in access and using outlook. For word I had to install an Edit Docx PLUS app.
