Azure AD Created a new directory

I completed a complete reinstall of Windows Server 2016. I then used Server Essentials to link the configuration to Azure AD. I used my old credentials and Azure created a NEW directory for the server. XXXXXllc.onmicroft.com rather than linking to the old directory netorgxxxx.onmicrosoft.com that contains my domain name. The old account is also linked to my Godaddy account/Office365 subscription. Who do I need to speak to in order to get the directories merged and one directory removed?
