Code error : 0x3000066 on MacBook and iPad

Hello

I have been using Microsoft Remote Desktop (v. 10.4.1) on my MacBook (Catalina 10.15.7) with no issues. IT guys at work have changed the RDS server certificate and since then I cannot connect. It says:

An error occurred while communicating with the Remote Desktop Gateway. If this keeps happening, contact your network administrator for assistance.
Error code: 0x3000066

Apparently, (they said) I'm the only macOS user who has experienced this issue.

I tried to connect with my iPad (iPadOS14) and the same error appears. However, when installing the beta version on my Mac, I am able to connect. I cannot do the same thing on the iPad though, since "the beta is full".

Can someone help me with this?

    Hello @Marco

    Try enable TLS 1.2 on RD gateway server may fix the issue,

    And make sure if you need to install an SSL certificate on your Mac.
