Azure Virtual Machines
An Azure service that is used to provision Windows and Linux virtual machines.
I understand you are getting an error that your Windows Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition has been deactivated. From the error message it seems that it is unable to communicate with Azure Instance Metadata Service (IMDS). This page goes through the troubleshooting steps and solutions.
