How to login in the Partner Center?

My name is Ana, I work at InEvent, and I am not able to login in my account on Partner Center. 

I am reaching out because I wanted to edit some information on our profile but I am not able to login on it.

Everytime I try to get in, the page asks for a code in the Authentication App, but when I open it, it doesn't show any code.

Can you help me with that?

    Have you registered this account with an authenticator app?

    If you are not receiving any notifications on your phone, ensure that your mobile device has notifications enabled for the Microsoft Authenticator app.

    Additionally, verify if your account is eligible to verify or update your company profile information. Appropriate roles include Global Admin, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Account Admin, Owner, Manager, Compliance Admin, Billing Admin, and Admin Agent.
