Hello Venkat Balasubramanian, you can try some quick troubleshooting from your end.
- Double check that you're using the same account for authentication as the one that's mapped with a PPU license
- Confirm that you have access to the workspace where you're trying to enable PBI Embedded. You would want to navigate to the specific workspace and verify your permissions for the same
- Try accessing PBI Embedded from a different browser or even better, try in an InCognito/Private browser session and see if you're able to get through
- If the issue persists, you would want to open a PBI support ticket with Microsoft
