If the name on government-issued identification has no Latin characters, can I present it in exam?

I am from China and have booked an online AI-900 exam with Pearson Vue.

The name I used is Zhang Chunyu, which is the Chinese Pinyin. But the name on all government-issued identification I have is in Chinese, with no Latin characters.

I found I cannot change "Zhang Chunyu" into Chinese in the exam system, cause only Latin characters are accepted.

The question is, can I present the ID card with Chinese name directly in the coming exam?
