    Hi @Marcia Behnke ,

Are you using Outlook desktop client? If so, please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.
What's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?

All of a sudden I stopped getting certain peoples emails in my inbox and instead they go to my RSS feed.

Do you mean that this issue only happens to emails from some certain senders?

If so, sounds like there might be some rules in your Outlook which causes issues like this. It is suggested for you to check if there is any RSS feed related rules in your Outlook via Home > Move > Rules > Manage Alerts and Rules. If there indeed exists, please try to disable or remove those rules, manually move emails in your RSS feed folder back to your Inbox folder, restart your Outlook and see if the issue still continues.

Or your could try the "/ cleanrules" Command-line (Press Win + R, type “outlook / cleanrules”, press Enter.) to deletes all the client-based and server-based rules to completely eliminate the influence of rules. Important: If you have multiple or additional mailboxes in your Outlook profile, running the /cleanrules command line switch deletes the rules from all connected mailboxes. Therefore, it is recommended that you only run this command when your Outlook profile only contains the one, target mailbox.

    Hope this can be helpful.
