Editing an expression in a Power Automate Flow

I am using a Microsoft Form that has multiple answer options to a single question. When mapping the dynamic data into an Excel spreadsheet table, I need a way to make the only the "chosen" options show up in the appropriate cell in the Excel table. Since the "Dynamic Content" only shows the question, I think I need to write an expression to qualify whether that option was chosen or not. Can anyone walk me through this task?
