I cannot renew my Student subscription.

The credits on my institutional account with Azure Students subscription have expired. I receive a notification to renew them that says:

"Renew to get $100.00 in Azure credits

You have used your credits. Renew now to receive $100.00 in Azure credits."

But when I click it tells me: You do not meet the requirements to renew Azure for Students.

I registered again with the same institutional email and another billing area was created, but it does not have credits and requires me to "update" it by adding a payment method.

I don't know how to renew the subscription and have the $100 again, taking into account that my previous credits have already expired

    Hello MORULLO, MANUEL ,

Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A .

Once your $100 credit or 12-month period expires, your Azure subscription will be disabled. Unfortunately, renewing with a student email won't be possible. However, you can seamlessly switch to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription via the Azure Account portal.

For detailed information on post-expiry scenarios, refer to: What happens after I use my $100 credit or I'm at the end of 12 months?

Hope this clears things up! Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
