Troubleshooting issues with accessing free VM in Microsoft 365 F and O course

Hello, I am having trouble accessing the free VM in the finance and operations course for Microsoft 365. After completing the puzzle, the VM starts loading but never opens. Can someone please suggest a solution or provide instructions on how to access the free VM? Thank you.
