The authenticator account is asking for a code

Question

I recently lost my old authenticator account due to my phone erasing everything, now I am unable to access my university email as the new authenticator app is also asking for a code when i want to add my university email.

Thanks for your question and sorry about the situation.

As this is an Organizational account, you have to reach out to your university IT admin/helpdesk and they will help reset MFA for your account.

After resetting, log into your university account and setup as normal
