How to change my profile name in pearson

Hi Team,

while taking my Microsoft certification due to mismatch of my Profile name with Government ID proof i was unable to continue my exam(i,e., profile name Sangeetha B and Government ID proof is Sangeetha Babu ) how can i change my profile name to sangeetha Babu
