No authentication code

Question

I'm trying to log in but Microsoft is trying to send me a code to the Microsoft authenticator app. I don't get a code to the Microsoft authenticator app and when I try to login to the account in the Microsoft authenticator app, it tells me that it sent a code to the app... while I'm inside the app.

I tried to remove this authentication method from the account management, but when I try to enter security in the account management, it asks for a code and as I wrote, I don't get any code.
is there a way to reset it some how or any other way?

Please help.
