Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Identify the Incompatible Driver: You’ve already identified hidusbf.sys as the incompatible driver.
Update the Driver: Try updating the driver using Windows Update or download it from the manufacturer’s website.
Uninstall the Driver: If updating the driver doesn’t work, you can try uninstalling it. One user reported success by using the Autoruns tool to find hidusbf.sys, unchecking it, and then deleting it.
Command Prompt: You can also try using the Command Prompt as an administrator and type the command dism /online get drivers format table.
Enable Virtual Machine Platform: Enable the virtual machine platform and windows hypervisor platform features from the windows features on or off menu and restart the PC.
Use PNP Util Command: Use the pnp util command to list and delete the driver package if the uninstall option does not work.
Driver Store Explorer Tool: Alternatively, use the driver store explorer tool to delete the driver from the system 32 folder.
Restart Your PC: After performing these steps, restart your PC and check if the issue is resolved.
