Why there is no Power BI certificate on my page while I passed the PL-300 exam last June?

I have passed the Power BI Data Analyst exam last year, on June 21-st 2023. There is no certificate on my page. I'd like to renew my certificate today. Unfortunately your website is only showing me my previous certificate that expired in Feb 2023.
