    Hi,

In Microsoft Configuration Manager, a Default Site Boundary Group is automatically created for each site. This group is named Default-Site-Boundary-Group<sitecode>.

The Default Site Boundary Group can’t be deleted because it serves a specific purpose in SCCM. If a client isn’t associated with any other boundary group, it will fall back to this default group. This ensures that all clients have access to site systems.
