Merging Learn profiles

Question

Hi,

I have two Microsoft Learning acocunts. One with my personal emal and the other with my work email.

I would like to merge the work profile with my personal profle in order to keep the progress and certifications I have in my work account into my personal profile.

I tried accessing my personal profile > settings > account management > add account however, when I enter the work email I get the message: you can only have one personal account please try a work or school account

Please advice or assist in this matter.

Hi, Thank you for your quick reply however, my question is not related to exams or certifications, is more about how to merge two profiles and keep the progress of the profiles.

Do you know in which forum / topic should I place my question?
