    You can right click on Start Button and select Shut down or sign out > Restart.

    Hi,

    Would you please provide more information about your issue? When did this appear and what's the detailed error message?
    If you can't restart your PC, you can try the following methods:

    1. Restart computer and press F8 several times to enter Safe Boot Menu. If F8 key has no effect, force-restart your computer 5 times.
    2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.
    3. Select a good known restore point and click Restore.

    Disconnect peripherals and cold restart.
    Turn off computer, disconnect power cord and restart after a few minutes.

    1) Go to "Power and Sleep" settings. Tell the computer to Never sleep.

    2) Disable "Fast start".

    3) Shut down computer and reboot.
