Hi,
The main cause of this problem is the fact that the Windows Key + G key combination is reserved for Game Bar. If you want to use the same combination for other purposes, the Game Bar needs to be disabled.
Go into Settings -> Gaming -> Game Bar. Then turn off "record game clips, screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar".
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Best Regards,
Carl

- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR.
- Locate then entry called AppCaptureEnabled. If it doesn’t exist, right-click the blank area and choose New > DWORD (32-bit) Value to create an entry called NoWinKeys.
- Right-click on it to choose Modify and set its value data to 0. And ensure the Base is set to Decimal.
