I have to users that are running the latest version of windows 10. domain controller is a windows 2012 server. When user logs onto their laptop they get BSOD. If I login as a domain admins and then switch user and then login as them they get in. If I reboot the computer and try to login as the the user the BSOD comes back. It appears that when I give them a new computer the issue follows. I think it has to do with their domain Profile and not the local profile. Any ideas would be great.

    Hi Kevin,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
What is the Bugcheck code? Please record it when the blue screen appears.
What changes had been made before the issue started? (Patch, hardware, application update and so on. )
Are the problem machines all Win 10? Are they jioned in the same domain?
Try disable the 3rd party anti-virus software on the DC and then restart it.
You can try update the DC system to the latest version.

    Best regards,
    Molly

I got a hold of the users laptop this morning.
He was having issues getting programs to work.
I looked for update and there was a couple of them.
I install them and rebooted the laptop.
after that he was able to login and use it.
I will keep an eye on it.
    The Stop Code is below.

    Stop Code : RDR_FILE_SYSTEM
