Over scanned 2 QR and it lost my Original QR affount

I scanned Qr and then added a new account online which scanned again, but I didn’t add the extra account through the authenticator app, so it over wrote the other account - how do I fix this as I can’t access mti club now

Thank you for your post! Have you tried to remove your account from the authenticator app and then re-add it? I've also added the "microsoft-authenticator" tag to your thread so our MS authenticator community can look into this issue as well.If you have any other questions, please let me know.
