Changed new phone, how to get authenticator generated on the other phone?

Hello, I am currently using workapps WFO, Microsoft 365 (email) for work. Both of which require Microsoft authenticator to log in. Currently I have these on my own phone but not sure how to port over to my other phone. I'm still using codes generated on my Authenticator app on the old phone . I can log onto Microsoft authenticator (workapps) on the new phone but it doesn't show codes for WFO & Microsoft 365.

Here was the solution : set up backup on ur old phone using an email, then on your new phone U gotta first log out of authenticator and choose "begin recovery" instead of log in.
