I'm trying to export my authenticator passwords from my old device to my new one .

I'm trying to export passwords from one authenticator app to another but on a new device I tried loading it up as a csv file and as a pdf I can see the file when I try to import on my new device but it's unavailable to be selected please help me with this 😢 my email is tsbd94@yahoo.com please do not hesitate to reach out to me to help me resolve this issue.

Oak99 0 Reputation points2024-06-20T05:01:36.08+00:00 Not sure whether I got your question correctly but can try using the backup function :Try setting up backup on ur old phone using an email, then on your new phone U gotta first log out of authenticator and choose "begin recovery" instead of log in
